Bamboo fungus (scientific name: Dictyophora Desv (Journ. Bot. 2: 88, 1809)) is a genus in the family Goblinae. Also known as bamboo fungus, bamboo ginseng, common and edible four kinds: long-skirted bamboo fungus, short-skirted bamboo fungus, spiny bracketed bamboo fungus and red bracketed bamboo fungus, [10] is parasitic in the withered bamboo roots of a kind of cryptogamic fungi, the shape of the shape of a slightly similar to net-like dried white snakeskin, which has a dark green fungal cap, snow-white cylindrical stipe, pink egg-shaped fungal butt, in the stipe at the top of the a delicate white net skirt from the fungal cap downward spread, known as the "snow-skirted fairy", and the "snow-skirt fairy". "Snow skirt fairy", "the flower of the mountain treasures", "the flower of the fungus", "queen of the fungus".
Bamboo fungus grows in a warm and humid environment. Under suitable conditions, the stalk stops elongating at noon when it reaches a certain height and the fungus skirt gradually unfolds downward from the cover; the fungus skirt grows normally when the relative humidity of the air is 95 per cent, and the skirt can not be spread normally when the temperature is low and the humidity is too low. At 4-5 p.m., the spores on the cap of the fungus ripen and begin to autolyse, dripping to the ground, while the whole fruiting body shrivels up and falls down. Bamboo fungus is distributed all over the world.
Speaking of bamboo fungus, its reputation can be too much, "the flower of mountain treasures", "the flower of fungi", "queen of fungi" are its title.
Bamboo fungus has a dark-coloured cap, a snow-white cylindrical stalk, and a white net-like skirt at the top of the stalk that spreads out from the cap downwards, so it is also known as the "snow-skirted fairy".
Bamboo fungus is a valuable edible and medicinal fungus, rich in nutrients, with a strong aroma and delicious taste, and has been listed as one of the "Eight Treasures of Grass" in the Manchurian feast since ancient times, and is the first of the four treasures of fungus (bamboo fungus, monkey head mushroom, shiitake mushroom and silver fungus).
The world's earliest surviving monograph on edible fungi - "Spectrum of Mushrooms" describes bamboo fungus in this way: "Raw bamboo roots, taste very sweet, when and bamboo shoots through the spectrum, and the fungus for the North Ruan carry on."
The "fungus" here naturally refers to bamboo fungus, and what does "Beiyuan" mean? This word is from "Shishu Xinyin - Ren Tan" in the "North Ruan all rich, South Ruan poor", and later used "North Ruan" to refer to the relatives of the rich, or to refer to the superior goods.
The meaning of this sentence in the Spectrum of Mushrooms is that bamboo fungus grows on the roots of bamboo, which can be said to be a "relative" of bamboo shoots, but it is one of the best.
